Co-op was fun too, but it just didn't have the sneakiness from the previous games that fans wanted. As an action, pseudo-stealth cover based shooter, it was fine. Booorriiiiing!Ĭonviction was a far cry from the previous games, and one of the lead producers on the game was quoted as saying that he hated the slow methodical pacing of the previous games. It was decent, but ultimately forgettable.ĭouble Agent for the 360 was worse than the original Xbox version, the main reason being half of the game takes place in 1 level. Didn't add enough new to the game and the levels weren't nearly as interesting this time around. Great levels, great music, great dialog, multiplayer, 8 or so co-op levels that are very sizable and built specifically for co-op.ĭouble Agent for Xbox was more of the same. Chaos Theory is the pinnacle of the SC franchise. I'd probably rate the first 3 games higher than anything recent.
