lighting effect from HDR will take toll fps some interior has a lot of section or fog meshes will drop your fps (CANT BE FIX) Dont use this ini file if u already modded the game, you cant just throw your ini file and act like you didnt modded the game, great effort but once people try it and f***ed up, they will get mad at you
